What to include
Send the page URL, browser name and version, operating system, exact steps, relevant settings, and the visible error. For fairness questions, describe the number of rows, whether duplicates or weights were present, and the expected rule without sending real participant names.
Do not send sensitive lists
Do not email student rosters, employee lists, medical or financial information, private raffle links, access credentials, or other confidential content. Replace names with synthetic labels such as A, B, and C in a minimal reproduction.
Privacy, accessibility, and security
Use a clear subject such as Privacy, Accessibility, Security, or Factual correction and identify the affected URL. We can investigate site behavior and our own records but cannot retrieve browser-local lists that were never sent to the application server.
Response scope
We can review reproducible defects and factual copy, but cannot certify a draw, recover cleared browser data, arbitrate eligibility, administer prizes, provide legal advice, or guarantee a response deadline.
