Limits and interpretation

At most 500 authors, 20 reviews per author, 1,000 exclusions, and 10,000 directed review rows are accepted.
At least reviews-per-person plus one eligible authors are required; duplicate labels in exclusions need #row references.
Avoiding every reciprocal pair may be impossible for small or heavily constrained groups.
