Random Wheel Tools

Privacy policy

This policy separates tool inputs from ordinary website measurement. Random Wheel Tools does not require an account, sell list content, or use names and results for advertising.

Lists, settings, results, and files

Supported tools process entries and results in the current browser. Multi-wheel entries, settings, history, and scores persist together in localStorage; absence fields and most other tool results stay in page memory. Imported TXT/CSV files are read locally. Reset changes only the active wheel and Clear affects only its named section. To remove every persisted workspace and template, delete RandomWheelTools.com site data; importing another workspace or resetting each wheel replaces only the corresponding saved content.

Share links and clipboard actions

Wheel sharing encodes entries and settings in the URL fragment, so the full link reveals its data to recipients, clipboard managers, and software where you paste it. Before analytics loads, the receiving page briefly transfers the data to session or in-memory storage and removes the fragment; the wheel consumes and deletes that temporary copy.

Analytics and delivery

Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics may receive the page path without its shared-data fragment, timestamp, referrer, browser or device category, approximate region, IP-derived request information, and GA browser identifiers where analytics storage is granted. In the configured restricted regions analytics storage is denied by default and measurement may use cookieless signals. Tool code does not add lists, names, results, or shared fragments.

Advertising is disabled

No AdSense, advertising consent-platform, or advertising-vendor runtime is loaded. Google ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization signals are denied globally. Analytics is denied by default for the configured EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland region set and granted by default elsewhere.

Retention and contact

Browser tool storage and downloads are controlled by you. Analytics identifiers, retention, and deletion are controlled through our provider configuration and the providers' policies; contact us about our configuration or records. Do not email rosters, confidential names, shared list URLs, or sensitive tool content.
