Your draw setup
You are responsible for the participant list, duplicate rows, weights, absence exclusions, winner count, removal rule, consent, notice, jurisdiction, and any required record. A successful click does not prove that those conditions were correct.
Results and availability
Random outputs can be surprising, repeated, uneven, or unsuitable for your purpose. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, data persistence, a particular outcome, prize compliance, or fitness for high-stakes use.
Local storage and shared data
You control information stored in your browser, exported to a file, placed on the clipboard, or encoded in a shared link. Do not put confidential or regulated personal information into a URL intended for distribution.
Providers and liability
Page delivery and analytics depend on third-party services under their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, you remain responsible for backups, independent verification, permissions, and consequences of using an output.
