How it works

Worked example

Ten players with a nine-batter lineup produce positions 1–9 plus one visible bench player.

Limits and interpretation

At most 100 players, 30 lineup positions, and 20 versions are accepted.
No skill, safety, substitution, eligibility, or league rules are evaluated.
Fixed positions can reduce variety between versions and conflicting locks are rejected.
