How it works
- Assign each presenter row a stable identity and either preserve submitted order or securely shuffle the complete set.
- Split that order into sessions of the requested capacity without dropping the final partial session.
- Calculate relative start minutes from presentation length and label each position.
Worked example
Eight talks with a session size of three become sessions of 3, 3, and 2, with every talk scheduled once.
Limits and interpretation
- At most 1,000 presentations and 100 positions per session are accepted.
- Relative times do not include breaks or real calendar dates.
- The tool cannot infer presenter availability or topic dependencies.
Privacy
Your inputs and generated results stay in this browser. This tool does not put them in a URL, analytics event, server log, or external request.
