How it works
- Expand resource quantities into stable individual slots and validate ineligibility rules.
- Draw a secure applicant priority order and allocate eligible slots without exceeding applicant limits.
- Report allocations, unfilled resource slots, and applicants receiving nothing.
Worked example
Two desks, two lockers, and one pass create five distinct slots for five applicants, subject to eligibility.
Limits and interpretation
- At most 2,000 applicants, 500 resource types, and 10,000 total slots are accepted.
- The tool does not implement legal priority, payment, need scoring, or appeal processes.
- A participant receives at most one capacity place from each resource row; a constrained result may leave both sides unassigned.
Privacy
Your inputs and generated results stay in this browser. This tool does not put them in a URL, analytics event, server log, or external request.
