How it works

  1. Assign stable entrant identities and expand the field to the next power of two with visible byes.
  2. Place entrants by secure random order or the supplied seed order, then generate connected winners- and losers-bracket match references.
  3. Show advancement sources for every match and an optional reset final without inventing results.

Worked example

Eight entrants produce a complete winners bracket, linked elimination bracket, and grand-final path with no hidden participants.

Limits and interpretation

  • Brackets accept 4–128 entrants.
  • The generator creates structure only; users must record winners externally.
  • Double-elimination conventions vary, so round labels and reset behavior should be reviewed before an event.

Privacy

Your inputs and generated results stay in this browser. This tool does not put them in a URL, analytics event, server log, or external request.
