How it works

Parse every fixture into exactly two stable participant labels.

Cedar | Harbor can draw Cedar home and Harbor away; a second leg reverses the pair deterministically.

Limits and interpretation

At most 5,000 fixtures and 5,000 distinct team labels are accepted.
Balancing is a local heuristic and cannot guarantee perfect equality for every fixture graph.
Venue availability and competition rules are not considered.
